Support ticket

    I have had a support ticket open for almost a month now and I have not gotten a reply, I have tried to message admins directly and tried to email and still no response, Please help.

    I have reminded the appropriate people, hopefully it should be resolved soon. Sorry for the delay, our admin team are very busy but will check into it when they can.
