Support Tickets

WHAT ARE SUPPORT TICKETS USED FOR?
Support Tickets is a forums feature that is used to reach for help with any payment related issues or if you need general administrative assistance. Please use our help forum here if you need any other form of help.

You can find the Support Tickets function in the navigation bar at the top of your page.


Clicking on this will take you to your Support Tickets section, where you can submit a new ticket or view old tickets.


Opening a new ticket will look like this. Make sure you select the correct department, and include your Minecraft Username in the box provided. Fill the title and text box as appropriate.


FILLING OUT INFORMATION
Donation Issues:

• Please select the donation issues department if you have a purchase related issue.
• Add a title to your ticket, keep this as simplified as possible by stating what your issue is.
• Enter your Minecraft Username where required.
• Describe your issue in the textbox, you may be as detailed as you like.
  Remember to include important evidential information such as transaction IDs and email confirmations that will help the administrators resolve your issue.

Admin Help:

• Please select the admin help department if you require assistance from an administrator.
• Add a title to your ticket, keep this as simplified as possible by stating what your issue is.
• Enter your Minecraft Username where required.
• Describe your issue in the textbox, you may be as detailed as you like.

Once you have filled out your Support Ticket, click open and an administrator will reply shortly!
