So I now realize it takes your over a week to respond to anything posted. Please check the forums and applications more often because I am impatient and other childish things.
applications are not accepted / denied instantly. the staff team kinda looks at the applicant's growth etc over time
I completely agree with eunice. Usually Janice will promote members when she feels it's the right time to. You also state that you're impatient about our speed towards viewing applications, etc. You have to be patient in order while waiting for your application to be accepted, it'll take time of course but you need to keep trying your best for what role you're applying for.
Yeah, my only advice is to be patient, because impatience will get you a bad rating and will help nothing. I had to wait over 2 months for my role AFTER everyone knew me and trusted me, and some of the mods had even seen my stream and stuff, its gonna take a while. Good luck though, just wait and stay active, you'll get it eventually
