1. Your in-game tag: BobaLatte 2. Which country do you live in? Canada 3. What is your timezone? EST 4. Do you speak any other languages? I am fluent in French. 5. Do you have ways to capture evidence? Gyazo, F2, QuickTime Player 6. How long can you be active everyday? 1-2 hours daily. 7. Have you ever been banned on our platforms? Nope. 8. Do you have any previous experience in moderation? Yes, I am a Helper on Skyblock (Crew’s other server) and am aware of commands and other technical/moderation skills. 9. How long have you been a member of SkyWars? Approximately 6 months. 10. Why do you think you should be a staff member? Helpful: Despite the fact my activity has only started to increase, I've always been helpful to members of our community. I am frequently helping out in Discord Help Channels, direct messages, openly whenever a questions pops up and/or whenever approached. I engage in help threads and report posts frequently on the Forums. This shows that I am aware when a post may be breaking a rule and shows that I'm aware of the server's rules & code of conduct. Active: I cannot say I am fully active yet however I feel like my activity is good enough as to be a staff member. I am frequently active at points and I can pop on if needed. I am not always available as I have a life too but I will always try my best to be active. My Discord Activity is decent as I'm frequently having conversations with members and helping out. I am always on Forums and available to help out. I engage in threads and am around. Polite: I am always polite to every player. I never come off as rude and I'm always speaking in a polite tone. Personally, this is a very good trait because new members are sometimes intimidated and scared of staff and a polite, comforting tone when speaking to them is a great way to make them feel welcomed and delighted. This is why I like to use words like please, thank you and try not to use that much "slang" when helping. In general conversations, I use abbreviations but avoid them when I'm professional. Professional: As I've stated above. I know when to be myself (funny, goofy) and when to be professional (clear, mature). We are not workers in an office but maturity matters. A staff should not be silly when helping and should act mature. This quality is in me and others have seen it before. Professionalism is a key factor a staff member should have. It's very important and you should always know when you should be silly and when you should be mature. Understanding: I know that I should be strict when I'm dealing with players but I can show understanding. If a new player breaks a rule, I know whether they're being honest by the way they would write an appeal and if I'm handling it, I know that this was an honest mistake. We all make mistakes and we should be given another chance to clear ourselves. We're never perfect and we can't be but our mistakes is what makes us human. I can tell when a mistake was made and when someone purposely repeats an action. Patient: Being a staff member, you will have to handle different people. You will have some that cooperate and some who don't. As a staff member, you should be patient, friendly and calm. You cannot be rude or shout at them. Carrying this trait myself, I am well aware of how to handle different groups of people. With this being said, I conclude my list of traits. I am looking to be mod within 1 week, thank you.
