Hi, I made this suggestion on Skyblock and I’ll make it here too. In the Skywars Server Shop, there is this line: “If you have any concerns, feel free to send us an email [email protected]” My suggestion is to get rid of the support email and change it to redirect players to the Support Tickets section as that’s where donation issues are handled. Here’s an example: “If you had any concerns or issues regarding your purchase, feel free to create a support ticket on our Skywars Forums here.” I don’t know if you guys use the support email but I’m pretty sure it’d be good to redirect them to the Forums instead to an email they might not get a reply to.
Support, that's what support tickets are for, and I have no idea who has access to the support email or how often it's checked.
